Terms and conditions for Firi Reward

These terms and conditions govern the Firi Reward program. They regulate the relationship between you ("User") and Firi AS ("the Company"). In the referral program, you can earn rewards for inviting your friends to join Firi.

The purpose of the referral program is to encourage people to share their interest in crypto investing and to make it easier to explore the world of cryptocurrencies.

As a Firi customer, you can start inviting friends and acquaintances using your unique referral link and code, both of which can be found under the Firi Reward section within the app.

How many people can you refer? There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

Does Firi have an affiliate program? Yes, it is available to customers who have already referred friends and achieved notable results. Firi will continuously assess eligibility for such an affiliate agreement, and we will reach out to you if this opportunity becomes available.

By recruiting new customers and promoting Firi through the referral program, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions for the referral program. These are the terms for "Refer a Friend."

1.1. Current Rates as of 22/11/2024

Referral Bonuses:

The referral bonus is NOK 100 in Bitcoin for each referred customer who successfully verifies their account using BankID/MitID. You may be required to pay taxes on the bonuses you earn through the Firi Reward program. For specific details regarding applicable tax rules, please consult your local tax authorities.

Payments are processed monthly, at the beginning of each month, directly to your Firi account.

Rewards for New Users Registered with a Referral Code:

New users who register using a referral code will receive NOK 55 as a welcome bonus.

1.2 Marketing and Promotion of Referral Code and Referral Link

Below are the guidelines for marketing and promoting your referral code and referral link. Please note that any violations of these guidelines may result in exclusion from the Firi Reward program.

1.3 General guidelines

1.3.1 Age limit

In line with our terms of use, no one under the age of 18 can take part in Firi's referment programme.

You can basically share your referral code or referral link wherever you want, such as on your own blog, website or social media, as long as our terms and conditions are followed.

1.3.2 Unethical promotion of the referment code

Please note. We do not allow the use of the referral link in a way that is perceived as spam or harassment

The referral code or link must not be shared in locations where such advertising is not permitted.

1.3.3 Paid Advertising in Search Engines and Social Platforms

It is not permitted to use paid advertising in search engines or on social platforms (e.g., Google, Bing, Facebook ads, etc.) to promote your referral code or referral link.

1.3.4 Authentic Promotion

Promotion of your referral code and referral link must be done in an authentic manner. You are only allowed to promote your own referral code and link, and may not use other influencers or friends to promote it. Paying individuals to sign up using your referral link or using the link as part of a contest or lottery is not allowed.

Rare exceptions: there may be other rules for business partners if Firi agrees to it in writing.

1.3.5 Honesty is Required

You must not guarantee profits from cryptocurrency trading or provide misleading information when promoting your referral code or link. If you are an influencer promoting the referral code to your audience, it is especially important to avoid giving financial advice.

1.3.6 Danish Marketing Guidelines

If you are Danish or are referring a Danish friend, these rules also apply:

It is prohibited to send the referral link directly to individuals who have not given their consent to receive such marketing.

By sharing the link, you guarantee that you are in compliance with the Danish Marketing Act and regulations on spam, ensuring consent.. You may do so by informing the recipient that by clicking the link, they consent to receiving marketing for Firi. For example:

"By clicking on the link, you consent to receiving referral links from Firi."

1.4 Marketing Material and Branding

All graphic materials used to promote Firi must be approved by us. Please visit https://firi.frontify.com/document/382634?#/basics/logos-marks to obtain access to logos and graphics and ensure that your materials align with our branding and marketing guidelines.

You are not permitted to use copyrighted materials, or to use other people's images, videos, or content when promoting your referral code or link.

It is also prohibited to use material/branding that could be confused with Firi's brand.

1.5 Labeling of Content

When promoting your referral code or referral link, it is required to clearly state:

1.6 Cancellation of the Referral Program in Case of Violations

In the event of misuse of the referral program, Firi may cancel the program for the user in question without prior notice. This applies to violations of the guidelines described here or any other behavior that is harmful to Firi or Firis customers. By using the referral program, you are obliged to act in an honest and fair manner.

With Firi Reward, you can earn rewards as you reach various milestones in your crypto journey with us. These milestones may include depositing money for the first time, making your first purchase, setting up a savings agreement, or similar actions. You can view the available rewards at any time in the Firi Reward section of the app.

2.1 Payment of Other Rewards in Firi Reward:

Rewards earned through Firi Reward are paid out as soon as you fulfill the requirements. You are responsible for withdrawing the rewards to your account within one year. For example, if you make your first purchase and earn a reward in Firi Reward, you can go to the Firi Reward section in the app or on the website, navigate to your rewards, and click on "Pay Out Reward." This must be done within 12 months of earning the reward.

2.2 Tax on Rewards:

Recipients of rewards may be required to pay taxes on them. Each individual should verify their tax obligations with their local authorities.

3.1 Termination of User Account:

Violation of the terms for Firi Reward or Firi's general terms of service may result in the closure of your account. For more information on account termination, please check our terms of service.

When a user account is closed, participation in Firi Reward will also end. Any amounts earned by the user up to the time of account closure, including referral bonuses and any commissions, will still be paid out, provided that the earnings were acquired in compliance with these terms and Firi's general terms of use. The bonus and commission will be converted to cash and paid to the user's bank account in a single payment.

3.2 Termination and Exclusion from Firi Reward:

Firi reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend your access to the reward program if any behavior is deemed abusive. This means that any earned bonuses and/or rewards will not be paid out, and referral links will be deactivated for future bonuses. Abuse may include, but is not limited to, violations of the terms and conditions, deliberate exploitation of Firi Reward to acquire bonuses or rewards in a manner contrary to the intent of the program, fraud, or other actions generally regarded as immoral or unethical.

3.3 Changes to Terms:
