Firi charges fees for buying and selling cryptocurrencies and fiat on our exchange. We also charge fees for making withdrawals, this fee depends on the currency you wish to withdraw.
It is always free to deposit funds to our exchange, both cryptocurrencies and fiat.

All customers can withdraw up to 300.000 NOK in value of either cryptocurrencies or fiat per 24 hours.
Bank deposits made on Firi with our payment solution from Neonomics will usually be credited in one business day. We support most Norwegian banks with this payment solution, but there are some exceptions. Customers who want to make deposits from one of the banks our payment does not support, must do so using their online banking solution as before.
Payments from regular online banking works for all regular Norwegian banks. Deposits made using your online banking will usually be credited within 1-2 business days.
In some cases, bank deposits will have a longer processing time. This may be due to a lack of necessary information about the transaction from our bank, that the transaction must be processed by our KYC-department or other reasons.
You can only make bank deposits from an account registered in your name and address. If we receive a payment from another name or with an incorrect address, there will be delays and we often have to return the deposit.
We have no guarantees regarding the processing time of bank deposits, but we do our utmost to credit deposits as quickly as possible.

You can only make bank withdrawals to a Norwegian account registered in your name and address. Bank withdrawals are processed throughout the day, and are sent as domestic bank transfers.
When depositing NOK it may take 1-2 banking days until the funds are available for trading on the exchange.
At the current date, Firi only supports deposits from Norwegian citizens, and we only support NOK deposits. We have a withdrawal limit of 300,000 NOK per 24 hour period, minimum withdrawal is 500 NOK.
When depositing bitcoin and litecoin, we require minimum three confirmations before the funds are available for trading at the exchange.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are usually sent as soon as you confirm them. If you make large withdrawals we may have to process them manually. This can take up to 24 hours and is done for security reasons.
Note: Please exercise care when depositing tokens. If token recovery is needed, Firi may, in certain cases and in its sole discretion, attempt to assist you to recover your token(s) and will charge you 2000 NOK.
Some countries have laws or regulations requiring reporting your cryptocurrency holdings to the authorities. Firi does not take the responsibility of reporting this, the users themselves are responsible for this. We take no responsibility if users face fines or prison sentences due to not reporting correct information to the authorities.
